Yes i think their is room for improvement in spreadsheet. E.g. presence days r not relevant but processing centres should be added

I would say, if we can add routine / non routine application , that will help too, like name change, refugee status to citizenship, middle east passports, this will help us filter out some of the delayed applications

Hello! Just fyi - I got my Discover Canada book and Oath of Citizenship bookmark in the mail today. Didn't have to pay anything. Happy reviewing to us November applicants!!!

Yes your points above are valid. I live in etobicoke So i was under the impression the file will move faster than Missisauga but my file processing is happening in Missisauga now . So the data points for etobicoke in Spreadsheet is not valid ! . The file should only have reference to Missisauga and scarborough then for all GTA applicants..

But for starting u need that data bcz u dont know ur processing office until ur file is transfsrred and many wont even call to know that. So only way people know is once they get the invite.

One of the surprising things for me is there is one office in etobicoke as well but havent come across anyone got processed there. Dont know whst that office is for

You are right. As per the explanation on https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?redir=app_gra&lang=en&app=

"Application In Process
Your file has been sent to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) office closest to your home for processing."

Yeah but i think Sydney Office initiates Criminality check for every application and once is passed then file should be in one of the local offices hands. Officer then picks it up and schedule you for a test after a quick review of the file,so Sydney does Criminality for everyone ,this is my view for the whole process.
you can order GCMS notes ,then you can see if one of these things started for your file or not,but i think it is so early to order it now since we just got AOR,you can order it 2-3 months later :

Knowledge: not started
Residence: not started
Language: not started
Prohibition: not started
Criminality: no started

Wow how did you know all this info? I always thought once it is "in process" someone from the local office is handling the file, which is why applicants from different locations get test invites and are processed at different times and phase..

I ordered mine on January 30th and got the second email confirming shipment on February 5th. Got it today in the mail.

just check february 21o8 thread and some are getting their test invites now when IRCC has started to send september OCTOBER and other months ..anyone knows why its so !!!

Depends on processing office most of those invites are from GTA and surrounding areas
