They just updated the version of tracker this morning and I saw I have a ghost update on Oct 7th...

Hi guys I’m an august 2020 applicant mississauga . Waiting for oath date. I got a ghost update on Friday but not sure what that means. Anyone know?

@citizentest21 I think it's due to an update on the IRCC website. I went to check my application status today and I was asked to change my password before proceeding to my account. Once in my account I saw the that the last update happened last Friday October 7th. But yesterday I was not able to see that ghost update.

Ohh! So yeah that’s probably a generic update because of the website. Nothing to do with individual.

Yeah I think it’s a generic update due to the change in tracker. I don’t think it’s related specifically for our applications

Just completed my citizenship ceremony. Tremendously relieved that I will (hopefully) never have to deal with IRCC ever again. Good luck to everyone still waiting, let me know if there's a class action lawsuit.

Congratulations. That's a painful process. Finally it came to an end though.

Finally! Oath Ceremony scheduled for November 7th!

We saw it on the new tracker, can anyone share what's the expected timeline to receive the e-mail?

Hi All,

I have received "Decision Made" status for myself on Ecas by end of June 2022 and my spouse and kids on end of Aug 2022. Tracker updated the Oath ceremony to "In Progress" on Oct 12th. Unfortunately, yesterday it has been changed again to "Not Started" !
I was expecting to see the date of the Oath on the tracker, but they returned it to "Not Started" status. Is this normal? or this could be system issue. because system showed also several pervious completed sections as New Updates while all are old has been completed a while ago. We have completed our Test on Dec 02 2021. Almost one year ago and still waiting.

Received my certificate on November 10th.
