Montreal was pretty slow but then they set a lot of Oath for Feb 10, 13, 27 and Mar 03. Not sure if they will still keep the pace. You can hope for the best and see your oath scheduled for Mar.

Hello I need Advice,

we sent our application through mail on Feb 2020, no AOR received as of July 2023. Its been 3 years the only confirmation I have is through Canada post saying it was delivered but nothing yet from Immigration. Any suggestions on what I should do? I have went to Service Canada and called they just told me to wait. But its been 3 years of no update not even an AOR, worried that it is lost.

why did you wait for so long to even check on the status? You should have done this 2.5 years ago. As stated above, start a new application.
