I was already scheduled to take the test July 10th on July 6th. So I don’t think it’s that. And it can’t be the oath because I haven’t done the test yet lol. Very odd

You are scheduled for test and because of that it happens. It will start working when your test is marked as completed. Its a very common issue.

My family completed the oath on 30-June but the application status is still shown as InProcess. Also, she has not received the certificate yet.
If there is no update in your application, does it mean the certificate is not yet dispatched by the office?

Mostly when it is marked as completed is when they mailed the certificate.

Oath done today ( June 28) and received E-cert link on June 29.

Application marked Closed dated 13-July.. updated on 15-July. Rest of the timeline in Signature.
Waiting to receive the certificates.

How do they deliver the certificates? They just drop them in the mailbox or they hand deliver them at the door?

You got lucky, I’m into my 3rd month now waiting on prohibition to turn green
