Can be anywher3 from 2-6 months. Keep checking both. Also try calling IRCC to know which office have ur file Scarborough or mississauga as speed will depend upon office as well

Can we influence the File transfer location ! or checking with the officials is only for our knowledge. Usually which office does etobicoke applications go to !

No we can not choose where it should go. U can just check where they sent ur file. Etobicoke can go anywhere either Scarborough or mississauga

I just rec'd my AOR and was wondering if they send anything my mail in the first couple months?
Asking as I checked ECAS and my mailing address is an old one - the lawyer I used for PR. I have changed it but takes 15 business days so just want to make sure I don't miss any mail I should have rec'd.

But I thought "In Process" means the application has been transferred to the local office?

You are right. As per the explanation on https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?redir=app_gra&lang=en&app=

"Application In Process
Your file has been sent to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) office closest to your home for processing."

Can someone change my delivered date to Nov 23rd as per the ecas they received it on Nov 23, Aor is Feb 8

Just check in few days it will get updated. Only thing which will come through mail is finger print request

You will have to call CIC once file is in progress in ECAS
