No we can not choose where it should go. U can just check where they sent ur file. Etobicoke can go anywhere either Scarborough or mississauga

I checked. I was told the primary office is Sydney but secondary office is Missisauga. So doe this mean the application may take longer than the Scarbarough office !.

I am a little bit confused. If calling CIC is the only way to learn processing office, how come you know that missiuaga office is the slowest? Who has that data?

But spreadsheet data is entered right after mailing the application. I entered Toronto. I live in Toronto.

Yes but toronto only have two offices mississauga or Scarborough and only Scarborough is slightly better in processing based on reported test invites in forum mississauga ppl are crying and past their processing times and still without test invite

We have collected info for toronto, richmond hill, north york, brampton, Etobicoke etc. If they are randomly distributed between Mississauga and Scarborough who knows what is the real speed of those centers.

Yes spreadsheet wont help here but threads on this forum can. You will see test invites reported for ppl at Scarborough test centre but mississauga is quite not many test invites

Sorry but last question: do you mean if I live in Scarborough, my application will be processed at Scarborough, is it right? I mean all those guys on spreadsheet and threads know %100 their process center. Right? They don't assume anything.

Yes i dont think they will assign mississauga to someone is Scarborough but still better to confirm via call centre

Yes i think their is room for improvement in spreadsheet. E.g. presence days r not relevant but processing centres should be added
