oh ok I don’t know much about it . But I thought she got already decision made on sponsor side so next will be AIP

I have seen several inland applicants getting relationship interviews after SA. If we also follow the outland process, SA is done before everything else.

Another update, just got the DM letter in my email.
" This refers to the Application for Permanent Residence you made under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class.
We are pleased to advise you that processing of your application has been completed. The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office in Kitchener IRCC will contact you to arrange an appointment for the finalization of your permanent resident application."
Super excited! I can't believe all this waiting is almost over!
My cic account still says "We are processing your background check" and "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." but I guess it takes a while to be updated.

Is this a DM letter? I have received the same email but for Montréal office. Do you know if this is a landing letter appointment or it means that we may require an interview??

No, those are DM letters. Landing letters include the appointment details like where, when and what to bring.

Hi @Missnana they didn’t send you sponsor approval letter yet?? I think u will get decision soon . Was u r file was in Vancouver??? And if y r in Toronto area they send it to local offices . And etibicoke office will send u letters

We got the sponsor approval letter on Thursday then Friday we got the mail saying it was transfer to Etobicoke and yess I am in Toronto

Oh ok I got sponsor letter on Monday 15 October and they started reviewing eligibility but I haven’t got any correspondence yet .

You can order your GCSM notes with or without your lawyer but most easy way is to order the notes without your lawyer. You can do it online and provide appropriate ID showing you live in Canada. Just Google on how to order your GCSM notes and follow the instructions

25 days to 30 . I got mine in 25 days I ordered twice earlier not now tho
