Finally received my PR card on Monday after receiving an email on Friday saying I could pick it up from the local IRCC office. Glad it's finally done!
Hello friends, how are you?
I am a March applicant and our process was already done, thank God! But I am asking for a friend, she submitted her application last January 2024 and until now she hasn’t received her eCOPR. She did her P1 & P2 already. Anyone on the same boat as her? Thank you!

Applied in 14th January 2024 and still nothing.
Security and Background are still processing since September

Have you tried ordering gcms notes from cbsa to see what is holding it up? Has PA eligibility cleared?
gcms notes delay applications apparently and I don’t want to risk delaying anything.
PA was eligibility was cleared in MAY 2024

It is a year and you are still in background check .I don't think you ordering gcms is going to slow it down .

gcsm notes don’t have any information that shows any delays
Everything is processing normally it seems
Security and Criminal are both in progress

1 How did you get your notes so quick?
2 If criminality is in progress how did PA pass eligibility?
3 IRCC notes will not show the delay with your security screening but CBSA will.
I realized I had gotten an ATIP along with gcsm notes. PA (Principle Applicant) Eligibility passed in May 2024 and since August like I said it’s screening for criminality and security still
How do you recommend I get the CBSA notes?

It says criminality in progress and you have passed eligibility? That's really interesting because one of the conditions for eligibility is lack of criminal convictions.Cbsa notes will tell you if you are in comprehensive security screening or standard security screening.
My guess was that you were in a comprehensive security screening but with your criminality still in progress I am not sure
As stated Sponsor and PA passed eligibility in May. And the notes state Comprehensive Background Check.

If your notes show you are in a comprehensive background check then processing times do not apply.Good luck
So that means my processing time will be a lot longer? Because currently spousal sponsorship processing times outside of Quebec and in Canada are 24 months.
Thanks for your replies

Doesn't necessarily mean it will be longer but you can't even file writ of mandamus. Do you have an extensive travel history? Military or police service?
