Received P1 September 3rd, replied the following day saying I had overseas travel plans soon. Finally got a reply today saying to reply again upon return to Canada.

In a bit of a holding pattern for a bit but the end is in sight.

I didn't receive the AIP. What is SP?
Sorry, I meant SA (sponsor approval). The application to sponsor my spouse was submitted the second week of February 2024. Medical and biometrics were done in March and April respectively. We also received the pre-arrival letter and SA in June. We contacted IRCC early of August to get an update on our file, and we were told my spouse passes the eligibility but we still haven’t received AIP.
