Hello, I am planning to travel in 90 days (July 12th) and I am waiting for my eCOPR.
Application date May 21st 2024
My P1 was March 3rd, P2 March 4th.
(41 days since p2)
I am assuming I will have my PR card by the time I travel.. am I “delusional” or do you guys think I should be fine by then? I bought my tickets confidently yesterday and now I’m second guessing my choice.
If you are not very unlucky, I think you should have your card by then.
According to current timeline, you would get eCOPR in about a month (or sooner). Not sure about the card timeline recently, but 2 months should be more than enough.

Hey there! Sadly, ecopr is taking minimum 2 months, not sure if there has been any changes in that. To make things worse, those who got ecopr in early March is still waiting for PR Card. While the processing time is about 2 weeks on the site with no information about a delay or backlog from IRCC

I got my eCOPR 6 weeks after P1
P1 March 3rd
P2 March 4th
eCoPR April 14th

Looks like people who received P1 beginning of March are now receiving eCoPRs

Virtual landing team in Montreal is known for handling ecoprs faster. Someone got P2 in late Feb and received ecopr within a week.
I called IRCC and confirmed VLT Montreal will be finalizing my wife's application too. Fingers crossed.

Yes, my application was handled by
If you're not in ON, then makes sense. If you are in ON, there was a surge in eCOPR around ending March to-date.
I am in Ontario, but my eCOPR was issued by Montreal IRCC
