Whats your application date, AOR, Medical Date and last update on the portal? P2 seems to be taking minimum one week now instead of next day or couple days after P1, so a delay in P1 after background completion is expected I guess.

Same for my wife. Background marked complete on tracker on 3rd March, no P1 yet
+1 same for me too. I guess there are quite a few of us, so don't worry!
What did IRCC tell you when you called? In my case, I called them and they confirmed P1 was sent out but I didn't get it. If they said you have to wait, then wait for now.
They told me to wait, it will come anytime before my copr document expires and it’s October.
