Went to two different Service Ontario locations in Toronto today to get health card for my wife based on AIP, first location staff wasnt well aware of it. At second location, I was told that we need to go to a full service location. Did anyone visit a location in or near Toronto and had success, if you could please share, thanks!

Oh yea you need to go to the big one.. I went to whitby. Just bring passport and the letter you got. Not sure where the big one is in Toronto . There’s one in Lawrence , when you google , go to the government office. Just a few you can call as well and ask

The one near 777 Bay is probably what you need. You can also look up on the Service Ontario website for locations which will serve your specific need - they do have an option online to check for this.
