Are you able to share what date the oath ceremony is for? It’ll be helpful to get an approx idea of the dates the current round of invitations are for.

If you dial in sharp between 8 - 8:05 AM there are high chances you will get to someone. If this time passes then the probability is sometimes low.

yes, that is what I did and it worked out.
Basically what IRCC told me is that my application is within the standard processing time, so there is nothing I can do about it other than keep waiting.

unfortunately, the agent you're talking to do not see much details than what we see. Sometimes, you will see sudden progress. Just hang in there.

well, let me give you some hint

Apparently, they are in real time. meaning if there is any update on the application agents are able to see it even though its not posted on the tracker.

I 100% agree that they can see a bit more on real time. But, none of the agents that I have spoken to in at least 5 times never want to disclose and just say that it is within the standard processing time.

Actually I asked the agent to clarify or give some rational why LPP were statused as "not started" as per GCMS notes. The agent just said, that is the case for 90% of application at this point through the processing time ; that being said, on the front end instead they show to us as "in progress".
A bit puzzling...

to my hunch this could be considered as misleading information. if its not started yet then why would it says in progress. i no answer till this date

Test, language and physical presence have been updated to completed. However, background and prohibitions are still in progress.
Got a reply from web form.

• The security background verification is in process.
• The criminal background verification is currently valid.

Is this security check? How long will it take?

Hi my all steps done except the ceremony , at very first I got emails regarding updates relating to test and background request letter.. but for all other steps I didn’t get any email .. I got to know only through tracker.. so is it normal ?

This is common. The only communication received via email is AOR, Test, Fingerprint Request(in some cases) and citizenship oath. You would not get any email update for test result updates or background and LPP. You should keep checking tracker every Wednesday morning or Saturday morning for these updates. If only oath is left then you should receive an email first with all the details after the decision is made(which is an officer completes the review of all the info) and next step is oath scheduling, please also check your inbox and spam folders, the tracker is updated later. For oath, it can take from 1 week and upwards by IRCC. Good Luck.
