It depends upon your processing officer. In most cases takes up to a month.

Here are the last updates I had:
Nov 13th -> Citizenship Oath changed to In Progress
Nov 20th -> received oath ceremony email (online ceremony)
Dec 4th -> attended the ceremony and applied for the electronic citizenship certificate
Dec 9th -> received the electronic citizenship certificate

to verify that, he needs to call IRCC and ask if Security & Criminality has passed or not

99% they will tell him Criminality has passed and security pending.

if this is the case, he has to wait, nothing to be done

He can request ATIP from CBSA

he needs to mention UCI, Application no and select the option of GCMS notes, security notes & officers notes.

Don't forget to upload and ID with the request

I did order the GCMS notes and the notes clearly say that the criminality clearance has been passed already (on page 12 of the document).

However, when it comes to security clearance, it is just followed by a complete blank page 11 of the GCMS notes.

Anyone here with a similar situation?

Also, can you please update and share the tracking sheet link?

I had to appear for an online interview on the 9th of october.
On same day 9th October the language was updated to Complete.
In person oath is now scheduled for 30th December

There was some issue with my language related documents so that's the reason they did an interview with me and updated the language part after the interview.

I had requested the interviewer to schedule my oath after 20th December because I was travelling so they scheduled it for 30th December.

Did you submit PCC from your home country... If you are from India then submitting PCC issued for the reason Citizenship might be helpful
