I received an update yesterday. LPP was completed on December 9th.

My family of 4:
Myself and Daughter: LPP just completed. Only Oath is pending. Not sure when we will receive email for Oath appointment.
Wife: Authorities have requested additional proof of language proficiency as the submitted Adult Non-credited Report Card is not considered valid.
Son (Minor): Only background check is complete.

Given that I submitted all applications as a group, will my application be delayed until my wife's application is finalized?

Yes, the oath will be scheduled after everyone in the family group application completes all the steps and are ready for oath.

Finally, tracker updated on Dec 14 but I just checked now , it shows waiting for Oath Ceremony Jan 27, yay
All status changed to complete and Oath ceremony - in progress
No email yet, I guess it should be coming soon

My oath ceremony is scheduled for 20 Dec and I have received the Notice to appear with all the details. I check my tracker today and its updated with oath or affirmation of citizenship form required but I have not received any form in my email.

I will get this at my oath ceremony or by email before the oath ceremony.

The PDF that you received with the email is there no page which mentions "OATH OR AFFIRMATION OF CITIZENSHIP" ?

no there is no page that is only NOTICE TO APPEAR: To Take the Oath of Citizenship (In-Person Ceremony)

You should get it at the ceremony then.
@hssrp - Is it the same for you too as yours is also in-person oath?
