I tried but I couldn't reach an agent. Experiencing a high number of calls every time I call

Got AIP yesterday, and today ecas shows decision made on both sides!!
I live in Kitchener, does anyone know where my landing office might be? The AIP letter came from Mississauga, not sure if that's where I would be landing or there's an office in Kitchener.

My ECAS changed from ‘In process’ to ‘Decision Made’. Does this mean they’ve finished processing my application? There’s nothing saying a decision has been made on both sides.

I always get an agent 15 minutes (or later) before closing. You can try that.

Yes! Will keep you posted. I know right? We live in Fort Mac so it’ll be a 5-hr drive to Edmonton. I don’t really want to go on a ride when it’s snowing. Ugh. Tell me when you get your landing interview too!

That's a long drive! I do hope we hear something soon. My husband received the SA letter just yesterday. It really does take some time after the updates online for us to get the emails.

There is an office in Kitchener. Usually landing are relatively fast there, 2-3 weeks after DM.

Hi! Has anyone from Vancouver recently received the landing letter?
I got SA and DM letter on 1st Oct. ( no aip!)
I called cic yesterday and they said that there is no timeline you will be contacted by the local office before the 12 month mark

Also i was told by the agent that the 12 month mark will be calculated from when they starting processing the application which is 29th jan,2018 , even though my application was delivered on 15th dec 2017.

Im so confused as to when should I expect to officially land.
