Hi, sorry to hear that. You need to constantly try to get a hold of an agent asap. There was a guy on Facebook in the same situation and when he finally called CIC, he learned that his landing appointment was schduled from the beginning of August but he was not aware. Try your best to speak to an agent.

These are the steps that I've used.
Called 1-888-242-2100
Best time for me 9 am to 10 am.
Waiting time, between 30-45 mins.
Since you are applying for inland Spousal Sponsorship
Press 1, next menu
Press 1, next menu
Press 2, next menu
Press 3. At this point you will hear the status of your app.
After all this, just press 0 and wait.

I know you probably know all this but that's pretty much the only way I've found to talk to them. Good luck.

Okay,

So as I promised I would follow up after my meeting.

I communicated with CIC through email and the web form since I couldn’t get my application linked to my online account for months.

I submitted my application in August 2016- it was received August 29,2016
About in October/novemberish I received an email saying it was received and to begin the process of my CSQ, because I applied from within quebec).
I received my CSQ in December to 2016, I believe around this time I was also asked for a schedule A. But because I’m from the USA, the FBI takes a while to submit so everything was received to CIC by March. Around may i was asked for a medical exam, that said it was passed. I didn’t hear anything until July , my husband was grated federal approval as a sponsor, then i received a letter saying my application was complete and now I needed to wait to hear from the MTL office.

The MTL office sent me a poet stating their office hours and to swing on by for my COPR

The COPR process was the easiest part of this nightmare, and I brought a few documents and they asked me random questions then said congrats and gave me a document to keep

Once I received the letter from Montreal, it was about 2 weeks from getting my COPR

have you called IRCC? we got DM on August 14, we called them on Thursday and they said that our PR application was approved and our file was being transferred back to mississauga and then we would be contacted for landing? it's strange how they work though, some people have gotten AIP SA and landing interview in same day.

i finally talk to a agent just now. start calling at 8:00am for about 5 times . i was told the same. file transfer back to Mississauga. the agent told me that he will send the Mississauga office urgent message on my behalf given the past one year mark.

yes, photos cannot be older than 6 months. You need new photos.
