Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications 2017 timeline and updates

I was on PGWP when I applied for inland sponsorship. I did it by paper per the sponsorship application instructions.

Okay just to be safe I will apply OWP thru paper as well. Cause I applied my PGWP entirely online

Hi how was your application? Any tips you can share with me? My PGWP will expire this November and I will submit both my spousal and owp next week or first two weeks of July.

Oh my god, it says Decision Made on his ECAS but not on mine! I got my AIP yesterday, so does that mean they will be contacting me again VERY soon?

They’re pretty random right now,yesterday I saw here a person from August 2nd getting AIP,then o fb group yesterday I saw one from August 27.. so who knows! But it’s good they’re working on August already.. I can wait to have this feeling!

It’s called “Canada spousal sponsorship support group” and the other one “Applying for PR common-law/spousal canada”
Both are super helpful,admin are always there to help you too

your sponsor will have received a mail with a client unique identifier number she can use that to login to the site i sent above to see both sides of the application, you only need that and their last name (which is on the application sent), date of birth and the country they were born in.

When would have she received this email? Cause she says she never did. I received a email with the application numbe and I used that along with her last name to access the ecas. Is that the same?

Please is anyone know the forum link if your file has been transferred to your location office especially Etobicoke for further review. I’m really concern right now because my file has been transferred to Etobicoke for further review and my application was received April 24th 2017.

When did you receive the email? It’s possible they have some concerns and would like to clarify same through a call to you and or your spouse, or request for additional documents if applicable; and they may request a relationship interview. Lastly, they may also review it without any of the above. They probably have seen some red flags, as was spot checked . That’s under the Quality Assurance (QA) they do to be sure the new system is working. It’s nothing that serious, but just would take more time before the office finish their further review.

Thank you I received the email April 30th 2017. But my sponsor side shows DM and Applicant side shows in process. I have ordered for my notes 2 weeks ago still waiting for the notes. I just want to know if any of 2017 applicants are going through this transferring to a local office for further review before the final decision. Also want to know how long it will take
