Have hope. Our application was received on the 12th of Sep and we just got the AOR last night (Nov 22)

Hi ! I received my AOR a day before you did. Still havent been able to link my application.
Where you able to link it?

I remember it took a few days until I was able to link. I kept trying everyday and it kept locking me out for 24 hours. Eventually it just worked, I know it was the same combination that I've used on previous attempts. It almost felt like they had to get it ready on their side first. Keep trying and hopefully it will work soon. Best of luck!!!!

Hi. Just want to ask if does your sponsor or partner Already got the sponsorship approval letter from cic? Because they said that your OWP is approve once the your partner is approve on sponsorship approval.

Yes . I just leave it blank. The only thing i fill up is the location ..

No worries coz thats what i did in my application and i got my work permit just this week. Make sure you pay 155 plus 100 fir the owp. Coz im my case i only pay 155 and they return my application snd i sent it back and its good now i already got my owp good for 2 years

hey no that was the part of the old process ... the new process, the Sponsor Approval comes at the end of the process close to Landing. If you submit your Open Work Permit with your PR application you will get it within 4 months of the application being sent to CIC. If you wait to send your Open Work Permit after you have sent in your PR you will have to wait until Approval in Principle before you will be granted a work permit. (that will come towards the end of the process)

I got AIP on Aug 23, till now i didnt recieve anything and i thought it will take time for landing interview as i live in montreal.

I applied for OWP on nov 8 th online since i cand do that with my AiP? How long should i expect to wait? Its already been 2 weeks?
