Is there anyone having problem to link your application to My CIC?

Hello all,

Just wanted to inform you that our application was received on September 15 and we just got the AOR today November 8. Now trying to link the application online and got locked out for trying 5 times without success

Thank you so much for letting us know! They've received mine around the same date . So my AOR should hopefully (fingers crossed) be here soon too!

I cannot link my application with my CIC. It keeps showing system unavailable. When were you able to link yours? I'm Feb applicant

I linked mine when CIC sent the AOR email. They had given instructions to get it done within a certain time period (7 days I think).
Are you using a lawyer by any chance?

Yes! I am having problem to link the application to my account. I try every evening atleast 5 times unless I am locked out (for last 7days|) I have reported technical fault three times with screenshots but no response. In their email, they strongly suggest to link the application in 7 calendar days or the entire process will be delayed.

what date did cic received your application? mine they received it october 31st. expecting AOR by end of december or early january.

I am Jan 19th applicant. Got SA and AIP on Aug 23-2017. Medical Passed since JAN. Till now nothing !!

have you tried reaching out to cic ?

I had previously submitted an application for family class PR and after submitting A and police certificates online, it said that my action was required for a good week or so after submitting them. I had to withdraw the application, but I at least got that far! Lol

I have this too. Kind of scratching my head about it.

Make sure to put 2 as applicant number, not 1. 2 = sponsor + applicant

Be sure to put 2 people as "number of people in this application". 2 = applicant + sponsor.

They received it on October 28. I think I’ll be looking at the same months as you.

Does anyone have any experience with getting their OWP at a port of entry once they’ve recieved their AOR. Have heard that if you get aOR and have an OWP app in you can try and apply at the border rather than waiting for the CIC office to process it. I did speak to the call centre the other day and they were very vague about that process said he can try. Just wanting some advice if it’s possible
