Sorry for the first post ,how do one has to tell them to make decisions on our file coz i applied 2017 January ,2018 July they call us for relationship interview up to now no update.....

You should call cic press 1 and once the operator ask you to press the number corresponding to the letter your application starts with you just follow the instructions enter your application on your keypad then after they read you what’s on your file press 0 to speak to an agent
Confirm your identity to the agent and then ask the agent for the latest update on your file also ask them if your file as passed the normal processing time, inform the agent that you would like them to send a reminder to the local processing centre to make a decision on your file

they just said file is in process , we will contact you once decision is been made . I know someone had same situation as yours dealing with Calgary office got AIP within week after sending e-mail
