Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications 2017 timeline and updates

No SA, Decemeber 2016 applicant here. I called the CIC today and they said everything is moving as planned. It is a waiting game

I saw a response in the thread that a medical request had been sent in error by CIC, but in your case tctt, it might be for real, so definitely check with CIC!! And good luck!

I called them first thing in the morning and the agent said it is an error. My rep too has no news on the medical request.

My application finally got returned to me.
In their letter showing that I am missing photo and birth certificates of all family members

but, obviously, photo are lost due to their fault
regarding birth certificates, anyone got your application returned due to 1 or couple documents?

I do not understand why do they accept the application and ask me to send what I am missing.

anyway, no meaning to complain about them, prepare to re-submit

hi guys!!can somebody help me..my husbands stay is not due till aug4. but i wanted to apply online. but not surehow to do it! can someone send me directlink of it . cuz I tried it but it say i needto answeer the questionaire. but the results wassaying ur eligble for spouse thing.which I know of, we did apply but got returned together with the OWP. cuz of missing birth certificates for the family..

AGAIN i need help applying online to extend his stay!! thankyou all!

you can't apply online for pr spouse sponsorship with owp. both have to be on paper. you need birth certs of yourself and all your family members/dependants either accompanying or not. for your sponsor, it is optional since you can choose to submit a copy of his passport or citizenship cert (refer to checklist). the questionnaire you answered online is just to determine your eligibility. you need to gather the missing documents/ correct errors in your first application then re-submit by mail to cpc-m

@mohamednbil179 like i said, you need to provide birth certs of yourself and all dependants whether they are accompanying you to canada or not. for your sponsor, the checklist says provide either canadian birth cert, passport OR citizenship card. if your wife is pr, use her pr card. perhaps you have children? or your birth cert was not translated to english? here is the link of the checklist http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5533E.pdf

no, your mother and sisters are not included. here is the definition of a family member in cic website:

An applicant’s closest relatives, in the context of an application to CIC. It is defined as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children.

Update: I tried calling CIC to get an update on my application. I couldn't get a hold of the agent obviously! The automated message said- Medical request has been sent, check your message for details. I called my rep right away and she said she did not see any requests. Is this a system error? I am calling CIC early morning tomorrow.

Yes other ppl get same request including me and was system glitch

So after just uploading my Schedule A and PCC on the webform i feel i need to send the originals as well...
I know someone had mentioned in this thread what you have to do but i cannot find it.

What is the address you would send it too? The one that we sent the original application to?
