One of my friend is planning to apply for inland spousal sponsorship , dies anyone know the complete docs checklist and if the complete application package is sent online or mailed to CPC-M?
So, u applied for 2 6months? then after that they grant you the 12 months? then 14? or you have to state how long do u want to extend? sorry i might sound stupid lol
haha no worries i did not elaborate enough. I am from the USA so we can stay in Canada for 180 days with out leaving. so first 6 months all was good then in june 2016 I applied for an extention for 6 months then after that in december i recieved another extention for 14 months until march, 30th.
We haven't had any issues regards to validating the Schedule A but our experience with the technical issues webform was that it takes 15-20 days for a response.
Make sure you're using the newest version of the form. I had problems validating mine at first before realizing they had uploaded a new version of the form.
Hi everyone, I have submitted my husband's application for PR and also for his OWP. I tracked it via CANADA POST, they received it MAY 5. but I havent heard any from them.. any body else is in the same boat as we are? ALSO, he's visitor is stamped till aug 5, should I apply for his extension now? or do I wait till mid july?
and there's no way I can link the application yet right? till they actually emailed me that they have the application? correct me if I am wrong..
OMG this happened to me today! I checked my CIC account and my status has changed to 'we have requested a medical exam' but i look at the message below and its the message they sent for my Background check... So I'm like well wheres this medical exam message.....
Did you get through to them eventually?
They usually send our AOR in batches so just be patient it might come soon. I am a March 2017 applicant. I received AOR 16 days after they received my application. But for some ppl it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks. If that time passes you should call them to see what's going on.
Yes very much so worth it in the end I agree. Does the work permit just come in the mail??? It is something I tried so hard to study (this whole process) but I've never seen this forum thread and I'm happy and will post my process like everone else is doing. So yeah sorry to bother but does it really just come in the mail like that?
Just wanted to update you guys, they obviously recieved our Schedule A and PCC now and have requested a medical. However there is no message in the online account explaining this process or giving us the # needed to book the medical exam.
This is the 2nd time we have had "technical difficulties" and not received a message or email at all. Also the eCAS system did not even show that a medical had been requested. This is infuriating to say the least.
Hi. When did you submit your application? Is medical and police clearance comes first before SA? My SA is on process last june 1 based on my ecas but didn't received any docs or letter after my partner received AOR last june1.
Hii. I am a recent PR in Canada. I got married few months ago and now want to apply for spouse visa for my wife. Can anyone please explain a little what all documents would I require. Also I am not working at this moment so would that impact her application please help seniors. It's a request.
Thanks

They rec8eve my app on February 6th then sent correspondence the 21st 9f febuary. Which consists of police check, schedule A, and Quebec undertaking/CSQ for me. After that is medical I suppose. Still no OWP.....
