My sister is PR of Canada and she is housewife, so do i need to show the funds proof or any other doc of my brother in law along with invitation letter ??

Your mom needs to show her own fund if it's regarding to regular visitor visa.
If your sister wants to apply for super visa for your mom, she can use combined family income to apply. Her husband needs to sign as co-sponsor (I am guessing similar to PGP)

then you posted at the wrong discussion. only parents can get super visas.
Read up on visitor section about general TRV application. If you are an adult, your sister cannot "sponsor" you.
You need to show you own finance and your own tie to home country to return after the trip. (they can invite you to visit but that's about it. )
have a question. My Parents already have supervisas with expiry date September 2024. They got the new passport recently so does the supervisa expire with new passport or are they good to travel to Canada next month on old visa? Really appreciate the responses

Hey yes! Her medical was approved last Thursday and eligibility started the same day.
