If he knows how to use the computer and fill out the forms, sure you can let him do it. Otherwise, submit the application on his behalf.

Btw, do you have your NOA which shows you meet the Low Income Cut-off? An invitation letter from you? His proof of funds, etc.?

I have notice of assessment from my side, i need to check if i will meet LICO, I dont have invitation letter from me, can you help me with a sample format how you guys written or applied, proof of funds i have no idea actually

Passport Submitted to VFS at Chandigarh On Jan 20,2025
Passport Reached Delhi - Jan 21,2025
Passport Reached IRCC office - Jan 22, 2025 and as I am tracking passport it says under process with IRCC since Jan 22,2025

How long does it take to send stamped passport back ??? Thanks in advance
