Hi,
My outland application was sent October 05. 2016, recevived by CPC October 06.
I wish us all a speedy process.
Is there an October 2016 spreadsheet?
Ours was received on the 11th! A spreadsheet would be great for reference, been looking at previous months for an idea how long things have been taking
We used Fieldprint from an office in Boise, they took my Wife's fingerprints with a electronic scanner and then sent it directly to the FBI for clearance. They emailed back an attachment with the results, which we attached to our application. All in it took a few days to get the results back.
I found it a bit of a grey area considering they say they accept third party channeller's from their approved list, but almost all of the ones on the list provide PDF results. Which then have to be printed, which could be considered a "copy", which they say they don't want. Fingers crossed that we have no issues!

That's what I was worried about too. I called the IRCC call centre and the agent said the printed PDF is acceptable but my husband has a criminal background and I would rather we not print out the PDF just in case any issues come up. I found one channeller that will mail the results and they said we should get it between 5-7 day.
Ours was mailed the 1st and received the 4th. No AOR1 yet but I today was able to link to myCIC account (hadn't tried until today). Using Name, DOB, a space put in city of birth, left the passport info blank, and filled in intended place to live with 1 under # of family members.

I just want to say...THANK YOU! I finally tried using just 1 for the number of family members (even though it should be 3), and it *worked*. I had tried two as a variant, but for some reason I never got around to trying 1, or if I did, it was much earlier, probably well before I should have been able to link anything.
Yay! I found the thread for my month! Will be sending my packet off probably in the morning - wanted to today but I've been adding and changing and driving myself a little bits nuts. Outland for a US spouse from Quebec
I hope we get to send our application this month. Everything is all done. We're just waiting for the FBI clearance from the third party channeller and we have a little more organizing to do for the package. Fingers crossed we get to file it this month!
