Hi. I was filling out my form and had a few questions
1. In question 11,it asks where were you physically located. Are they asking for home address or the institution address?

2. In question 14, it asks for the place of issue of the passport. Is that where i applied for the passport or country issuing the passport?

Q11 they asking where were you working/studying a big company has a head office address but they want to know the location you worked at

Q14 what ever your passport says in the issued at line

You must have received tracking ID from FedEx. You can use that to track if your package had been delivered or not, if yes when it was delivered, etc.

My optimistic guess for early November applicants would be beginning of 2nd week of January 2019 if speed picks up post christmas / new year holidays....

So guys. From your experience with other threads. What is a likely timeline for the thread here (not the applications). When are we gonna find ourselves seeing nice updates and discussions?

I hope so. I know of August applicants who just got their AORs. With holidays, it will be more like Feb 1st week.

I do not think so. Looking at the trend (Aug and Sept) and holiday season, hopefully us the November applicants will start getting response from CIC in or after February.
