Apparently a few NDVO applicants received this notification actually, just trying to understand what’s going on with this transfer, if it is indeed a mistake or what.

I read the whole bulletin "OB570 stream" as mentioned by you. May be 1st your spouse was chosen for that and as per bulletin they treated app INLAND. But V.O. there had some Qs he sent the whole file to NDVO. May be I am wrong.But it could be very good news as well. They are the ones who will actually ask for passport.

Till then I haven't receive any response from CiC.

Can someone advise me how much time they will take.

NDVO they don't always update everything, so nothing to worry.Total time is within 12 months since your file is gone to NDVO it could only take 2-3 months !

SA, PCC, medical : march
file transferred to NDVO : 27 april

ecas : it says we started processing ur app on 30th april (in process)
MYCIC : in bcg check : in progress, we will notify u once we start processing ur bcg check.

I called cic many times to get info on my app, but they don't have any clue on application progress. they asked me to contact NDVO but lazy NDVO will not reply. Probably i'll get my gcms notes next week.

It's been 4 months since my file is in NDVO and they haven't started my bcg check process. is it normal or may be they want to scheduled an interview ? should i go for mp inquiry ?

". Is there a difference between progress and process?

Bcg check is in process means they are currently working on ur bcg check..

On the other hand..progress in the sense that they are working on your application but they do no specify on which part they working.

After BG check they will ask for Passport if was not sent be4. Then applicant gets pre-arrival letter then passport with Visa stamp on it. Unless they changed the procedure now. For example they can start giving PR Card right from Visa Office ;that I am not sure if they started or not.

NDVO seems to be the slowest in processing the files on time and in order.... this wait time specially weeks after receiving the AOR 2 gets so damn hard... i have been waiting for an year now... to be reunited with my husband .... just loosing out my patience on this!!!

I agree but don't lose patience. We cannot do nothing but WAIT and WAIT. You are only few months in this waiting game yet rt? They say DO not talk to us unless it is over 1 year since you applied.
