Any updates on your application after sending to NDVO. mine had a request for photos and I sent on July 25. No updates in GC key either.

I do not see an option to upload the explanation letter when i login to my cic account. "There are no required documents for this Online Application." this is the message I see when i login.
However, i see "We need additional documents to process your application. We will send you a letter or email with details" in the application status.

Did they actually send an official request? It will be in messages section

Additional photos requested on Oct 28 and submitted on October 29 via email
Biometrics submitted on November 4
Application forwarded to Visa office in New Delhi on November 6

I would like to know how much further would it take for processing my application now that it has reached New Delhi.

Is New Delhi known for longer processing times? Is there going to be an interview?

What other changes should I expect?

I was planning on going to India in February to meet my wife and come back to Canada together by end of March. Can I expect the processing to be complete by that time?

Please share your experience for applications that were forwarded to New Delhi from Mississauga, Canada.

Same here... Wish it was never transferred to ndvo.
