What happens if you don’t respond in 7 days? Did it say? I have a 10 day retreat upcoming that I may not have access to technology. And knowing my luck, that’s when I’ll get mine.

They probably process things on a timely manner. That is why they ask for it. I don't think it results in anything serious, but it might cause delays. In the P1 message it says "Please provide the information below within 7 calendar days to ensure there are no undue delays."

That sounds cool. Where are you going? Is it one of those Buddhist retreat things where you can't speak or use any technology? A friend of mine did it a few years back and said it was amazing.

I was stationed in Yokosuka and a lot of military guys do this on their way home since they go crazy from partying in “The Honch” and need some way to wind down. Am familiar with the terms (excuses) that were used “access to technology” etc.
