Does anyone know if IRCC comes back to work after today Jan. 2? I was told rumours that IRCC doesnt come back to work until Mid Jan?
i been waiting for ecopr since Portal 2 on Dec. 6 to no avail
It takes a bit after you do portal 2, to receive the ECOPR. My portal 2 was on 13-11-2024, I received my ECOPR on 18-12-2024. Yours should be coming soon. The waiting game doesn't end until you have the PR card in your hand. Just have to have patience.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is typically open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM local time, except on statutory holidays. So they were closed Christmas Day and New Year's Day. They are back to work as of today.

Probably won't be helpful but my SIL is also waiting and her P2 was Oct 28. I've seen a lot of P2 from last week of oct and first week of nov still waiting. Not sure why this is.

Hi. How did you get your eCOPR while all of them were still in review? Not that I question you or anything, I am questioning the way they do business I thought they needed to approve those to generate an eCOPR in the system.
And that's me all done! PR card recieved in the mail today!
Also, if you're waiting to see it on the Canada Post mail tracking, it's mail from "Canadian Bank Note Company" who are the ones that produce the cards.

Awesome news @j_2024 !! I'll be keeping my eyes out for mine. Hopefully it won't be far behind, since I received the ECOPR the same day, and coming to the same province. Not seeing anything in the mail tracking with that name as of yet.
