I would say it hasn't been mailed yet, since final decision is listed as today. They "MIGHT" get it processed today, but highly doubt it. Unfortunately with the holidays, might not get the final notice of "Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details. " after the date, and just following that will be the document status is listed right below that in a table format. It will have Name, UCI, Document (Permanent Resident Card), Document Number, Status (shows that they mailed your card), Expiry Date (PR cards are good for 5 years, doesn't mean you won't be PR after that date), Status Updated Date, Travel Document Number (your passport number) and Country Of Issue (Where you received your passport).

Hey, I have a pretty much similar situation to his, just wanted to pick your brain on it. So, my background check is completed. No FD, no approval email, but I can see a COPR number in tracker. Also, I had the P2 and replied to it. Nothing changed after that though, my reply was 15 days ago. So, what do you think?

Usually, it takes a while after P2. And since it was the holidays, expect to wait a little longer. They are ready to finalize your application since you already have the COPR number in the tracker. Just hang tight, it will come!

I highly doubt that anyone from March has received it. Since Canada Post was on strike until the 17th of December, and having a backlog, pushed everything back even further. Hopefully they will start coming in after the new year.

Processing time for a new PR card is listed as 20 days, but I'm just now receiving mail from the end of November, so I would tack on some more time to that estimate.

Yeah, the processing time doesn't include mail time.

Hi. How did you get your eCOPR while all of them were still in review? Not that I question you or anything, I am questioning the way they do business I thought they needed to approve those to generate an eCOPR in the system.

Once you're in the portal process, the declaration is the thing needed for eCOPR. The mailing address/photo are for the PR card so they are separate.

I'm currently waiting for my PR card (mailed) but my photo still shows as in-review. So I think they just don't update the checkbox for that once you're all done.

Does anyone know if IRCC comes back to work after today Jan. 2? I was told rumours that IRCC doesnt come back to work until Mid Jan?
i been waiting for ecopr since Portal 2 on Dec. 6 to no avail
