I heard a consultant say that people are not receiving emails for other permit applications, so it seems to be a bug on the IRCC website for some people in general.
I called them on Monday and they confirmed that the email was sent, but it has never arrived until now...

What is KAI method ?

Sending your P1 info to all the VOs by emailing them before they send you the P1. It's not guaranteed that you'll receive it but it has worked for 2/10 people. You could certainly try if there's been no communication after FD for a certain time.

Thanks , I think we should wait for some more time as what I can see that who ever has recently got FD none of them got their P1 yet.

The Final Decision was October 29th and I haven't received P1 yet..

Update: Never received P1 email, but on November 5th I sent the required information that comes on P1 email directly to the office that was processing my application.
Today, November 8th, I received P2 email giving access to the portal to provide address and photo for PR card.
Waiting for eCOPR now!

Congratulations , I think for your case they have sent the P1 but you have never received it, but for other's case they have not sent at all.
So you just forwarded the information to the VO which processed your application ? And how you get their exact email ?

Mine VO was Montreal, which is the email is ircc.clientportaleast-estclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca.

Not sure, the agent just said Montreal when I called. So I proceed to send only to them.

P2 was received on 6th November. replied the same day (7 days from P1)

You should be receiving it within 25 days from the day you landed! I suggest call IRCC on the 25th day. Hopefully, you'll get yours soon enough!
