Did you both( you & dependent) get the p1? if yes then how do you reply? independently or just you providing both details?
 
Do you get any GU in GCkey or Updates in tracker , for P1 or P2 ?
My FD was on Nov 4 and Tracker updated with Copr number on Nov 5 but still have not received P1

In the portal, do you usually upload the same photo as in the application? Or is it required to do a new one even if it's relatively fresh?

Any photo that has been taken within 12 months of the application submission is considered as alright. Personally, I suggest you get a new one taken with the required specifications.

Technically, your COPR number being generated on November 5 can be considered as a GU. However, you will be getting P1 within today/tomorrow for sure! Maximum it might time till Friday!
