I got my P1 on October 17th at 1:32 PM EST and P2 on October 30that 1:51 PM EST! Most of the applicants receive theses emails from a little after 11 AM EST - 4:30 PM EST!

But I got mine at 9:49am ET! You can any IRCC emails between 7-5 ET!

Ok thanks for the details , I see now the tracker is updated . The application is still saying in progress but inside all section are completed for me , and for my spouse except eligibility other 3 sections are completed and we can see the COPR number with expiry for both . So this is what is expected in pr tracker right ?

Congratulations! Spouse's eligibility will show as "Not Started". PA's eligibility is combined with the spouse's one. You'll be getting P1 either within today/tomorrow or sometime around this week for sure!

Yes it does vary. But, most of the applicants that I have seen from other threads received from 11-4:30 EST. As long as we get it, that's what matters! Have you gotten your eCOPR yet?

called ircc today.

they said BG check is in progress. i asked if there are any notes or just regular background check. she said its in progress. Eligibility not started.

Yes try resetting the password!

Webform is sufficient but you can call to verify update

I just checked my tracker got updated. Previously it was oct 21 now it shows nov 6.

Similar thing happened to me when I got P2 on October 30. Previously my tracker was update date was showing as my FD date on GCkey. Then it updated on October 28. I suppose you might be receiving your eCOPR soon! Fingers crossed!
