I can be wrong but after that message posted on tracker, eligibility and background turned green (COMPLETED) and COPR number visible with expiry date.

I posted the same thing on the November AOR thread and 2 people said it has something to do with eligibility started / completed. Although I think everyone is guessing and no one knows for certain.

I got an ADR today at the same time the eligibility and the background turned to complete .

PNP EE INLAND APPLICATION
ITA: Dec 02
SUBMIT: Dec 26
AOR: Dec 26
Biometrics: Feb 12, Completed Feb 14.
Medical updated: Feb 14
Background: Waiting
Eligibility: Waiting

I think it is related to some background info they received regarding us.

I agree, ,my eligibility shows as completed on the tracker , but in progress on gc key.
Med is passed on gc key, but in progress on the tracker.

Not sure what to trust.

It is rather simple.

Trust GCKey for:
1. medicals
2. biometrics
3. FD date

Trust tracker for:
1. eligibility
2. background check

So on GC key, My biometric changed to "we do not need your fingerprints" not sure why it does not show the completed date . Med shows date on GC key.

GCKey is a legacy software that wasn't designed for fast processing that we see over these past few years. If your Biometrics were accepted, I wouldn't obsess over this status.

Tracker is your place to check background check and eligibility. GCkey for everything else. There are probably 10+ flows in which GCKey or Tracker both could break. In my own case, everything was "not started" in tracker & and GCKey had no updates as well, but I got my approval email. It took Tracker 2 days after approval email to reflect that my eligibility+background check was completed. GCKey updated when I got my stamped passport back.

Lots and lots of different flows (that could also change with time) here. GCMS/CBSA notes shed more light on progress vs any other form of correlation (something we see is extremely misleading and leads to confirmation bias here).

Yes, that's very likely to be your true status. And unless they send your application for enhanced security screening or pause in between, your background check shouldn't take too long.
