Hey Guys, I have completed my biometrics and medical this morning. Just wondering how can I sign up for the application tarcker. I am trying but having an error which says information does not match.

If you got message of missed match details there two reason.
1) The process is not started yet which is uliekly because of BIL and Medical request already made.
2) Copy Paste detail while registering add extra space. (Hint** Specially in Given and last name)

Did you just copy and paste the details ?
If yes then delete extra space before and after the words and try again .

Hey, thanks for your tips, i was able to create an account by entering space in first name. I dont have last name so entered my name in last name and space in first.

BIL- Feb 12th
MIL- Feb 12th
All tasks ( Bio, Medical, Eligibility, Background Check) Completed in tracker Mar 25th.
IRCC GC Account still no final decision

I got my portal 2 today. April 22, 2025, portal 1 skipped.

@mindyOu Interesting. question is how you can create portal account without Portal 1 email.
Proabably, IRCC sent both email together P1 and P2, May be you received P2 first and in 24-48 hrs P1 email, Let see. I am also wating for P1 , I dont mind if they skipped P1 &P2 and directly sent PR Card
