Hello guys!

we just got sponsor and applicant eligibility approval. Waiting for final decision and landing interview. Also I (applicant) got another message from CIC about "Invitation to obtain pre-landing services" . Does anybody knows what it is? Also, I am already in Canada as we have applied for inside canada. its confusing.
See my application timeline below :
Application Received by CIC on Sep 01 2017
OWP Returned for same reason (missing $155) and resubmitted on 23rd Nov 2017
PCC and SheduleA submitted on Dec. 03, 2017
OWP Received - 13th Feb 2018
Medical Requested - 21st March 2018
Medical Passed - 30th March 2018
CIC asked for Proof of Co-habitation - 6th July 2018
Proof Submitted - 8th July 2018
CIC sent approval of eligibility to both applicant and sponsor (12th July 2018)

If you've never gotten any letter from CBSA or a removal order, I think you can answer "no". I'm out of status and that's what I did but I'm still half way down the road, just passed medicals.

I'd wait for other replies here, from more experienced people. You could also ask on the Facebook group.

What if you were given a removal order how you should answer that?

Then I'd say "yes" and I'd attach an explanation note with the reasons why you didn't leave. Cuz even just because I was out of status I attached a letter explaining everything.

They ask me to bring along
#Origin passport
#his proof of his status
#proof of address
#proof of cohabitation
#notes of assement from 2014 to present

Wow, you waited 2 months to receive the landing letter for the interview!

Yes! Two months of constantly biting my nails and checking if there was updates everyday....so nerve-racking

Do you eventually wonder or figure out why? Some never gets invitation for the landing interview at all. Some get it in less than a week. I’m waiting almost a week now since DM and it has not been a very patient week!!
I’m calling them next week to see what’s up!

I bet! I’d be super nervous too. So is it a relationship interview?
Try to be as calm as possible, being a genuine relationship they won’t try to separate you guys.
