2018 Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications: timeline and updates

I didn't really under that what's the different between restoration vs visa extension?

Applying for restoration is when you applied for extension after your status has expired OR when your application for extension was refused. It's a one time 90-day period. What happened with mine is we initially applied for Spousal Sponsorship + OWP before my status expired. When our application was returned, I lost my implied status and I only had a couple of weeks left to restore it.

Mine was apply extension, and I should have it tomorrow or next week, and my status will be expired at Middle of June, so I am Ok at the moment

Am i INLAND if my partner lives in India and i (PA) live in Canada?
I sent my application to CPC-Mississauga on 28th May, 2018 and they received it on 30 may 2018.

I have mailed on 3 may and received on 4 may since then I am waiting for my update for AOR

Currently waiting for medical request. They are still working on November 2017 applications. Here's my timeline:

App Received 13 Dec 2017
Received AOR 26 Jan 2018
Sched A + PCC Request 26 Jan 2018
Sent Sched A + PCC 29 Jan 2018
OWP + Restoration Approved 23 Mar 2018

*I want to add that I resent my application in Dec after being returned for incomplete address.

amazing! i have all my documents now. anyway just want to ask for the spousal sponsorship did you include imm forms eventhough it doesnt appl to you? like for me for example ( im not appointing representative and dont have dependents) do i still print imm forms without filling them out?

No, you don't have to include that. Just follow the checklist and you'll be good. There's a part in the guide that tells you the common mistakes applicants make. Be sure to check that, too.

on the restoration and spouse owp part / question # 7 current country of residence/ did you put canada and status as "foreign national" or status as " other and out of status requires restoration?
