Does anyone know which courier service VSF UK uses? A neighbour said the courier came asking for my husband and then left. No paper slip, nothing. Two days ago and nothing since then. We're flying out next Friday. If only I could go back in time and send a prepaid return envelope with Royal Mail. Can't believe this.

I have my answer. It's with DX courier. Still haven't got it yet.

My advice to anyone who hasn't submitted their passport yet is if you can't pick up your passport, then send a prepaid envelope with tracking number.
