just to confrim if i have all the needed documents for spousal sponsorship.

im married with no dependents. here are the IMM documents that i know so far i need. (please let me know if i have some lacking)

- imm 5533
- imm 5532
- imm 5406
- imm 5669
- imm 1344
- imm 0008

do i still need to print out and include IMM 5476 (im not using a representative) / IMM (5475) and IMM 0008DEP (i have no dependents)

It looks like you have all the documents but just check and follow everything with the complete guide provided on the Cic website and you should be good. And no, you don’t need to fill in those documents about dependants and representative if you don’t have them

hi all! has anyone tried sending spousal sponsorship , open work permit and restoration of status all at the same time?

I was within restoration period when we applied for PR and OWP but never submitted the restoration paperwork. It's kind of a wait and see now if they approve the OWP or not. AOR Feb 7.
I think I read that someone else sent all 3 at once and the OWP was approved

hi all! has anyone tried sending spousal sponsorship , open work permit and restoration of status all at the same time?

We sent it an application for restoration with OWP docs as supporting documentation. Our OWP was returned for insufficient funds so by that time my husband was out of status. Restoration package was received Feb 9 and we were later able to link the OWP, so now we're just waiting. Haven't hear anything abour restoration yet, although I think we shoulr have by now? We're thoroughly confused about what's happening. I did hear that someone sent both applications though, and got OWP approved.

Yes. I applied (sent the papers) for the restoration on December 23th, 2017 (4 days before the limit of 90 days and they received the application AFTER the 90 days limit but it got approved anyway) and then applied for PR/OWP on Feb. 2nd. I only got the restoration approved in early April, around 2.5 months after I applied for it.

May I leave, then re-enter Canada?
Yes. However, you must ensure that you have the right travel documents to return to Canada.

A work permit isn’t a travel document. It doesn’t give you the right to travel to Canada. Along with your permit, you need either:

• a temporary resident visa or
• an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA)

So even you have the OWP, you can't leave the country, unless you have a valid temporary resident visa. So extension your visitor visa is the smart way.

Yeh I think I saw someone else post that they'd sent PR and OWP and restoration all together to Mississauga

I think you missed my reply. Anyway, I sent our Spousal Sponsorship, OWP + Restoration applications all together to Mississauga. My OWP and Restoration were approved at the same time. I'm December 2017, btw. You can find my posts on the 2017 Inland thread.

For Restoration, did you pay any fees? $200?

I didn't really under that what's the different between restoration vs visa extension?
