hi guys im july 2014 applicant under CEC stream with the slow pace of processing i decided to apply under ainp last march 2015 and got my passport request in april this year. question how can i withdraw my cec application does anyone experience the same please share some ideas on how to do that as i need a refund for my rprf coz i paid twice. please help. thanks

An administrative withdrawal should be issues by CIC after your landing, sometime when someone open your old application and note your current PR status
However, it's advisable to write a Letter of withdrawal, explaining why you want to withdraw your old application, and send it to CPC-CTD-OTTAWA@CIC.GC.CA
