Withdrawal of Paper Based Application

Hello,

Today I received PPR for my application under CEC Express Entry. But, just after getting the PPR email, I received another email stating that they have received my paper based application (dated April, which I had applied before). Is it possible to withdraw my paper based application ? I hope withdrawing paper based application wouldn't create problems in Express Entry PR.
