Hi guys

I applied to CEC first(got my file num) and after tat applied to AINP nomination.


If i get nominated by AINP ...den

1.I should inform it to cic and continue with first cec application. will dey agree to do tat?

2.If dey wont agree den can i withdraw my application cec ,will they refund my amount paid?

3.apply again under AINP nomination.


does any one of u faced this situation pls help me with ur suggestions

It's ok for you to have to simultaneous applications. However, whenever one of the applications gets approved you will have to withdraw the second application. You don't need to inform CIC about having two applications.

2.If dey wont agree den can i withdraw my application cec ,will they refund my amount paid?

You get your money back until they issue the AOR. Once you get the AOR you won't get the application fee back.

3.apply again under AINP nomination.

Pardon me? I don't get that question.

Did you get to do Ielts twice? Can i just submit a photpcopy of my ielts to ainp.? I also have a cec app but is planning to apply for ainp. Please advise

hi, if you are going to check the ainp documents checklist, they only need a copy of the ielts results and not the original; same thig after you get the nomination, you only need to submit the copy. as long as it is still valid, that is with the 2 years. hope this helps.

1. Ielts score is valid for 2 year so no need of writing it again.
2.In AINP checklist they asked a copy not original so i think ull have ur photocopy of ielts.
3.Even i applied in CEC and again im gng to apply in AINP as i feel the processing time is less when compared with CEC application. I feel its better to apply in AINP also.
