Hi everyone,
Are applicants from 2021 started to get an AOR ?
The weirdest thing I heard today, a few applicants who had applied online from September 2021 onward announced receiving AOR. I don't have a reference just heard it. Some speculate that the IRCC is processing online applications that required no scanning process to reduce the backlog. I don't know what's happening!!

I don't know if I am allowed to post here, but we finally
found out the truth about these SUV work permits, that the officers knew all along for nearly 3 years that people were getting wrongly refused, and nobody bothered to fix it.
Yes we are filing a group federal court Appeal for this deeply troubling and unfair treatment so many SUV WP applicants. Unbelievable.

Such a great news! My case was received at the same time with yours but got AOR in November 2022 so I hope I receive good news soon too.
It seems that they didn't ask proof of fund or business progress report from you. Is it correct?
Congratulations on the news!

No, I'm an outland applicant
No, they didn't want any other docs such as business plan, progress report, pof, pcc.
My visa office is Calgary

Hi guys, I am applying for WP under the SUV program(I submitted a PR application four months ago). I realized that the processing time for WP(outside of Canada) varies for different countries. Do you know if the processing time shown on the IRCC website is accurate? (I got confused because the processing time for many of my friends who got closed/open work permits are ALL different, from 1.5 months to 9 months)
