This program is actually for principal applicants with work permits, but their spouse and children are ineligible for work permit
We don't know yet how it might affect SUV principal applicants and spouses

Don't worry. There's no logic for IRCC, sooner or later they will come to your case! they have to.
Based on what I'm told or heard, the documents can differ case by case, but mostly these documents were asked: progress report, education documents, military service, proof of funds, schedule A form, travel history form, police certificate, and incorporation documents.

Processing time now is 32 months up 1 month! which seems logical and I sadly think this number is subjected to increase if processing applications is this slow!

2023 Quota = approx 3,500
