I do not think so. Your test date is locked once your application is received by IRCC

I have never heard from any other SUV applicant if they were asked for renewing IELTS. So, let's not worry about that.

Thanks, What is better I should take CRA number of my business or sending email request to Employer portal and wait.

If you have already incorporated your company you have to use employer portal to make an employment offer. To get CRA number you need to do incorporation.
If you haven’t, so you need to email them to get the form to make the offer.

By the way, this is what I did, I just applied for extension as they mentioned normal extension process but I am still sceptical about that! I hope it's not refused after all!

Hi friends, I am trying to make a online work permit application under startup visa, Offer of employment already made and got number. When I doing eligibility check and following all the steps mentioned in IRCC website the result does not come Foreign Worker - International Mobility Program. There are few field for which no guidlines are given at IRCC startup visa work permit guidlines at IRCC website. Please guide

Welcome to IRCC ambiguous world!
If you did what they told to do, you are in the right place. You need to provide what ever they want like employment reference letter, resume, and ....
Just remember to include LOS, police clearance check, proof of fund, ielts and probably your business plan ( I am not sure about this, controversial).
And also remember to choose "startup business class" in imm1295 form instead of "significant benefit" that indicated by outdated guidline.
