Yes, it is fairly accurate and it is different for different countries outside Canada. The processing generally happens by or before the timeline mentioned.

The newest update shows the processing time is 33 months now.
I thought IRCC was trying to clear up the backlogs. How come the processing time is even longer now?
 
Update Guys..... Just received the Medical request from IRCC today....

The file received by Sidney office: 28 Sept 2020
Temporary file number: 15 January 2021
AOR: 07 November 2022
Medical requested: 01 Feb 2023

Guys, it seems they started processing SUV cases in a Calgary visa office instead of Sydney NS. ADR and Medical request of mine and some other my friends were issued by Calgary vo.

do you mean they have two visa offices inland? Cases who mailed the applications to Sydney visa office are now transform to the Calgary visa office?
