Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490.00

Family Class
Sponsorship application (per application) $75.00
Principal applicant $475.00
So Total fees to pay is : $1040.00

For OWP
$100- open work permit
$155-initial work permit
TOTAL OF $255

That would be 2 payment transactions I believe. 1 for Spousal Sponsorship and for WP

I did 3 separate transactions only because I missed the payment for WP OF $155.

I want to ask on the OWP application form IMM 5710. on the Employment history in the past 10 years.
My problem is that i need to fill out one more employment history to complete the past 10 years but there no space anymore. Only 3 employers you can input. I do have 4 employers in the past 10 years. I can see that this IMM 5710 has a bar code. is it ok if a provide additional page 3 only just to continue may past 10 years? and make a letter of explanation? thank you.

Thank You! print your work history on a separate sheet of paper and just insert that additional sheet as an addition to your form but don't forget to write the following on the top of each of your additional sheet of paper
