Yeah maybe. Cz I actually sent a letter with the application saying that I'm preggnant & living alone which is hard for me & that's why I decided to go & stay with till we deliver the baby which we unfortunately lost last week

So my wife's PPR just came through today from Manila VO.

I have a few questions though.

1 - My wife is South Korean so she is from a visa exempt country. She does however require the new Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). Does she need to submit her passport for the PPR or not? Submitting the original is only required is you ARE from a country that requires a visa to enter Canada, not simply an eTA. Is my logic correct here?

2 - In the email, it states to submit one copy of this letter. Would that mean printing out the entire email that they sent as there was no attached file or letter in the email?

Hi everyone,
My ECAS changed to "decision made" a month ago, but I am yet to receive my PPR.
Is anyone else in the same boat? Looking at the forum, it seems most other people received their PPR within 2 weeks.

Woops! That is a long gap. :/ U can try emailing them and asking them about it now i think..

Which visa office is it by the way? :)

Must be hard living apart. For us we live together so waiting part is not hard. I hope you get PPR soon.

Annex A was something we had to fill out and send to Ottawa with a copy of the passport and new photos. It had name, address, etc., as well as a barcode.

Hello, we sent ours to a manila visa application centre and it maybe took a week to process and courier to our home address. I think we submitted it Feb 22 and received it on the 28th!

Good luck!!

Landed this evening at Bluewater Bridge. It's hard to believe the process is finally over. When we got up to the booth the officer who directed us over to the building for further processing was curious how long the process had taken us and whether we had used a lawyer. He also congratulated us. The biggest hassle of the whole experience was a huge lineup of cars to even get to that point. I had to initial some things, sign some things, and the agent looked over the form with my list of belongings (26 foot Uhaul, they didn't bother looking inside but asked standard questions about whether I was bringing in alcohol, firearms, etc.). He clarified that I didn't have any goods to follow or any vehicles. He also mentioned that most people aren't as organized as I was. At the end, he gave us our paperwork and congratulated us. The whole process in the building took about 20 minutes or maybe a little longer, but there were several people there ahead of us for various things.

Good luck to everyone still waiting for approval. :)
